Introducing Chandler Macleod RISE

Reintegration, Inclusion, Support and Employment

Our RISE employment programs provide accredited and non-accredited training tailored to the specific industry and employer, coupled with funded post-placement support to enhance retention and longevity in the role further. The programs can be tailored for specific cohorts such as women, mature age, youth or simply people experiencing barriers to entering or progressing in employment.

  • Tailored Training to Build Skills and Experience

The RISE Employment Program is designed to address individual barriers to employment. With a combination of:

    • Accredited and Non-Accredited Training: Industry-specific education tailored to your organisations needs.
    • Practical Experience Opportunities: Real-world scenarios to prepare candidates for the demands of the job market.
  • Boost Confidence and Self Worth

Meaningful work transforms lives. Through the RISE program, our participants:

    • Participate in Mentoring and Practical Activities: Build self-confidence while gaining valuable insights from industry experts.
    • Unlock Their Potential: Experience the sense of accomplishment that comes from meaningful employment.
  • Long-Term Career Development

RISE plans for sustainable success, not short-term success.

We help participants set up for a valuable career with your organisation. Our program offers:

    • Career Advancement Resources: Support to build long-term employment strategies.
    • A Clear Path Forward: Equip participants with the tools to grow and thrive in your organisation.

  • Support for Under-represented Cohorts

We support under-represented groups to thrive in your organisation. The RISE program provides:

    • Pathways for women, people experiencing a disability and neurodiverse candidates to thrive in your organisation where they may otherwise not.
    • Customised support - helping your organisation to set up pathways to success.

What is the RISE Employment Program?

Our RISE employment programs, which stand for Reintegration, Inclusion, Support, and Employment, offer a combination of accredited and non-accredited training tailored to specific industries and employers. These programs also include funded post-placement support to enhance retention and long-term success in the role.

Each employment program can be customised for specific cohorts, such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, women, individuals living with a disability, or anyone facing barriers to entering or advancing in employment.

We support participants to:

  • Transition from welfare to paid work with confidence and clarity
  • Build the skills and experience needed to overcome personal employment barriers
  • Develop greater confidence and self-worth while engaging in meaningful work
  • Access opportunities to establish a career and plan for a sustainable future
  • Explore pathways into traditionally male-dominated industries
