Introducing Launch into Work RISE

Reintegration, Inclusion, Support and Employment

We are delighted to share that we are continuing to deliver Launch into Work programs Nationally in 2024!

These exciting pre-employment, co-designed programs are focused on increasing workplace participation of underrepresented groups through training, work experience and mentoring in collaboration with our employer partner organisations.

Launch into Work is a Federal Government initiative that provides funding for these support programs which focus on creating long-term employment pathways for women. Get in contact with us to chat about how we can partner with your organisation to empower real change.

What are Launch into Work Programs?

Our Launch into Work RISE programs, which stand for Reintegration, Inclusion, Support and Employment, provide a combination of accredited and non-accredited training that is tailored to the specific industry and employer, coupled with funded post-placement support to further enhance retention and longevity in the role. The programs can be tailored for specific cohorts such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, women, people living with a disability or simply people experiencing barriers to entering or progressing in employment.

We support participants to:

• Move from welfare into paid work with confidence and clarity

• Build skills and experience required to overcome individual barriers to employment

• Develop increased confidence and self-worth whilst engaging in meaningful work

• Gain the opportunity to develop a career and plan for the future

• Provide pathways into traditionally male-dominated fields
