4-day working week: Our tradespeople typically work a 35-hour week across 4 days, with most shifts running from Tuesday to Friday. An alternative shift covers Monday to Thursday for operational flexibility.

Flexible Hours: We are open to adjusting start and finish times to better suit individual needs.

Customised Work Schedules: If preferred, you can negotiate a shorter week with longer workdays.

Work Options: Our Enterprise Agreement provides flexibility with options such as a 9-day fortnight, job-sharing, or part-time work arrangements.

Overtime Choices: Employees can opt into pre-paid overtime (140 hours annually) or choose to be paid for overtime only as worked, offering financial flexibility.

What relocation support do you provide if I don't currently live in Victoria?
Successful candidates relocating to Victoria may be eligible for relocation support. Please reach out for a confidential chat if this is something you are interested in.
What flexibility options do you have?
Tradespeople currently work a 4-day, 35-hour working week.
Standard working days are Tuesday to Friday, with an alternative shift covering Monday to Thursday.
Standard working hours are 7 am to 4 pm, but flexibility is available for later start and finish times if needed.
Negotiable arrangements can include shorter weeks with longer working days.
