Workplace Experience Coordinator

8 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 5 PM
Duration:
3-month full time contract, potential for a permanent role
We are seeking a professional Workplace Experience Coordinator
to join a well-regarded corporate organisation.
This role is responsible for delivering a seamless workplace experience by managing front-of-house operations, coordinating facilities and ensuring high-quality support for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for employees and guests
- Manage meeting rooms, events and general workplace services
- Oversee mailroom operations, kitchen/pantry management and office supplies
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient workplace operations
- Support workplace health and safety compliance
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a Workplace Experience
or Facilities Coordinator
role within a reputable corporate environment
- Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle manual tasks
related to pantry and mailroom management
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
required
- Must pass a pre-employment flex screening
