About the Role
As a Telehandler Operator, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of the project by operating a 13-ton telehandler with precision and care. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the movement and placement of materials, tools, and equipment across the construction site, ensuring efficient and safe logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a telehandler safely and efficiently to transport materials, tools, and equipment around the site.
• Perform pre-start and post-operation inspections on the telehandler.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and storing materials in designated areas.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflows.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Perform minor maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.

 
Qualifications and Experience

• Must have Full driver’s licence.
• CN High Risk licence
• Construction induction card
• Proven experience operating telehandlers on construction sites, preferably in renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols.
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
