Work Type:  Hybrid (a couple of days work from home)
Pay Rate:$50.00 + Super Per Hour

About the Role:

Chandler Macleod is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team in North Ryde. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a leading organization known for its innovative projects and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry networks, educational institutions, and professional organizations.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
