Job Title: Specialist Priority Services | Brisbane | Lifestyle Roster 

About the Role:
We are seeking a Specialist Priority Services team member to provide frontline Level 1 support for operational and IT systems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll be based in Brisbane and work on a lifestyle roster, offering a balance of work and time off. The role involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting faults, collaborating with support teams, and restoring system availability following outages.

Contract Duration: 9 months
Roster:  4 Days on, 5 Days off, 5 Nights on, 4 Nights off (12.5-hour shifts). Enjoy two weekends off every month.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person and remote support for production systems.
• Engage with internal teams and vendors to resolve faults and maintain system functionality.
• Monitor and manage critical production systems.
• Execute maintenance activities and minor improvements.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive and adaptable attitude.
• Experience with IT/OT systems and ITIL framework is a plus.
• Previous night shift experience is desirable but not required.
