We’re looking for a
Spare Parts and Warranties Officer
to manage
warranty claims, spare parts orders, and customer inquiries. You'll work closely with
customers, technicians, and internal teams
to ensure efficient service and accurate record-keeping.
They provide excellent customer service and assist customers identify, problem solve, and troubleshoot warranty issues as well as requesting and ordering parts when required.
Additionally, the spare parts and warranty officer will maintain accurate records and reports within our systems. Liaising with Client sales team for updates on timeframes is also a large part of the spare parts and warranty officer’s role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support
and troubleshoot warranty issues
- Coordinate technicians
for repair work
- Manage parts orders
and supplier communication
- Requesting information from suppliers
- Raising and sending purchase orders
- Maintain accurate records and reports
