About the role:
• Identifying and documenting current business processes to create baseline understanding of current situation and processes.
• Creating and facilitating process design improvements by conducting business and systems process analysis.
• Providing program/stream level analysis and producing required analysis documentation.
• Providing expertise and supporting the Product Owner to elaborate user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps with the input from SMEs.
• Providing assistance to Product Owner with the use of internal systems.
• Evaluating effectiveness of proposed solutions and design.
• Leading transition of business requirements over to build teams for development.
• Supporting verification testing of the built solution to ensure alignment to business requirements.
About you:
• You will have business process analysis: Proficiency in analysing and documenting current state versus future state process maps.
• Requirement gathering: Ability to elicit, document and manage business requirements into Epics and User Stories
• You will have problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• You will have Testing experience: Ability to undertake systems testing against defined acceptance criteria during the build and testing cycles of development
• You will have strong stakeholder engagement: Facilitating workshops with other stakeholders, You will have business Analysts, User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) Designers and technology teams.
• You will have risk assessment experience: Identifying potential issues or risks, tracking problems, recommending alternatives, and escalating issues as appropriate.
• System thinking: Developing and maintaining subject matter expertise across new systems and processes within the Agency.
