Are you a dedicated professional who is passionate about safety and compliance? We ae seeking an experienced Safety Officer to join our team and oversee the safety operations on a dynamic project!

As a safety officer, you are expected to maintain the safety and compliance of the workplace, ensuring all laws and regulations are adhered to. 


Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Contractors - Supervise and ensure all contractors adher to safety regulations and practices.
• Issue Permits - Issue and monitor work permits to ensure all activities are compliant
• Review SWMS - Assess Safe Work Method Statements to ensure safety standards are met
• Scoping Work with Project Team - Collaborate with the project team to plan, scope and prioritise.
• Checking license credentials
• Conduct regular safety audits

About You:

• Previous safety experience 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
