Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to contribute to Victoria’s transition to a clean energy future? Chandler Macleod is seeking a Specialist Project Officer
to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing generator access and connection solutions.
As a Specialist Project Officer, you will:
- Support the development and execution of solutions for generator access and connections in REZs.
- Contribute to policy development, problem definition, options assessment, and stakeholder consultation.
- Implement policies and projects, including program, tender, and system design.
- Prepare high-quality written documents, project plans, and timelines.
The key criteria for in this role:
- Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in public policy, economics, engineering, law, science, or an energy-related field.
- Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in policy development and project implementation.
- Strong skills in document preparation, project planning, and timeline development.
- A background in the energy sector, particularly renewable energy development and planning (desirable).
- Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to manage diverse tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
