Chandler Macleod is seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Hands to assist with various manufacturing processes. This role is essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. 

Shift times: Monday to Friday 5.00am to 1.00pm with the potential of overtime including weekend work.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the production line and machine operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform quality checks on products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
