About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Machine and Overhead Crane Operators for day and afternoon shift opportunities! If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cutting and bending machines efficiently to maximise productivity.
• Operate overhead cranes efficiently, whilst following all regulations.
• Set up machines, troubleshoot issues, and conduct quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Follow safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Use site systems (scanners, controls, and logs) to record and track production.

• Experience in Manufacturing, Production, or Heavy Industry(preferred but not essential).
• Ability to operate machines and lift up-to 20kg safely.
• Basic math and technology skills for machine operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and time management skills with a results-driven approach.
• A safety-conscious mindset and a proactive work ethic.
