We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Onsite Team Supervisors to be based on our client site in Kemps Creek. In this pivotal role, you will drive our operations forward while cultivating a fun, engaging, and productive culture within the team. 

This role will have you working Night shift 4PM to 3AM and will include either Saturday night or a Sunday night. 
Front End roster: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed
Back end roster: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat 

The Role

Your leadership will be key to our success, helping the team meet performance and staffing management goals while enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment. We are looking for someone with a strong operational background, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence. Hours will be business hours but as the client site operates 24/7 remote support for the team my be required.

Your Responsibilities

  • Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of of onsite consultants 
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery with a friendly touch
  • Motivate the team to achieve recruitment KPIs and financial targets in a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate a safety-first mindset that prioritises well-being
  • Leverage your operational expertise to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, making work enjoyable and effective
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract, assess, and onboard skilled blue collar candidates
  • Engage directly in managing recruitment initiatives while collaborating closely with team members
  • Provide regular performance feedback and conduct reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and celebrating achievements

Our Requirements
  • Proven experience in Team Leadership, with a successful track record of managing and inspiring teams
  • Strong operational background and a hands-on approach to recruitment processes
  • Background in Industrial recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, with the ability to instil a positive safety culture within the team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
