Standard Work Hours
• 6am to 2pm OR 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Do
• Plan and prepare for your daily delivery route by reviewing requirements and ensuring your vehicle is loaded with the correct items.
• Complete deliveries and collections at each scheduled stop, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Interact with customers to confirm their needs are being met and provide feedback on potential additional services they may benefit from.
• Return collected items and equipment to the designated location for cleaning, maintenance, and preparation for the next day.
• Use provided IT equipment, including a smartphone, to update route progress and manage job information.
• Apply basic technical and troubleshooting skills to address any issues during the delivery process.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety while working independently and efficiently.
Key Skills and Requirements
• Current MR or HR licence (Essential)
• Minimum of 2 years of delivery driving experience (Desirable)
• Must have steel-cap boots, full Australian working rights, and the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and medical assessment. (Essential)
• Confidence navigating routes and performing basic truck maintenance checks.
• Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Experience
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is desirable but not essential.
• A background in customer service is highly regarded.
