Internal Recruiter – 3-month temporary position – potential for extension

What You’ll Do:
Own the Recruitment Process:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer coordination, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Build Strong Relationships:
Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and external agencies to identify the best talent solutions.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Support initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, leveraging tools like Taleo to improve efficiency.
Be a Subject Matter Expert:
Provide insights on market trends, innovative hiring strategies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
What You Bring:
✔ HR or Psychology Qualification(or equivalent experience in recruitment).
✔ Proven Experience
in recruitment within a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
✔ Tech-Savvy Approach
with experience using e-recruitment platforms (Taleo, SuccessFactors, or similar).
✔ Exceptional Communication & Relationship-Building Skills.
✔ Knowledge of Equity, Diversity & Industrial Relations
in recruitment.
