This is an opportunity for a dual trade qualified Fitter Turner/Electrician with either an A Grade electrical or Restricted Electrical Licence (REL licence) minimum. You will be working on automated machinery and robotics.

About the Role: Based in a modern facility near Ballarat, you’ll be essential to maintaining the efficiency and functionality of a diverse range of equipment. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll ensure machinery is running at its best, support process improvements, and be a key part of the facility’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with a safety-first approach.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
  • Manage breakdowns with urgency, liaising with Supervisors to prioritise tasks.
  • Execute scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Exhibit pride in your work, always looking for ways to enhance quality and streamline processes.
  • Interpret technical drawings and manuals to effectively service and maintain machinery.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to support seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A-Grade Electrical Licence (REL Licence also considered).
  • Solid experience in fault finding and maintenance within industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of initiative and adaptability to respond to changing work needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • REL Licence, Cert III Mechanical Trade, or similar industry experience is highly regarded.
All employees must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to uphold safety standards.
