Forklift Operator

We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our client's team located in the outer northern Adelaide suburbs! This permanent full-time position offers stable afternoon hours from Monday to Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm, plus irregular overtime. Our client is a market-leader in food manufacturing and seeks a candidate with experience in food distribution and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to handle, move, and store goods in a food manufacturing environment.
• Perform warehousing and distribution duties, including loading/unloading trucks and managing stock.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and food handling standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to food safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Current Australian forklift licence with 3+ years experience
• Inventory management experience (1-2 years preferred)
• Computer literacy and experience with inventory systems
• Physical capability for manual handling (lifting up to 12kg)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Full-time permanent working rights
• Must have current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Ability to work in varying temperatures including cold storage (0-5°C)
