We are currently recruiting for a Finance Officer on behalf of our client, based in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled finance professional to manage accounts receivable, issue invoices, and support general financial operations. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finance, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, handling transactions and working with customers who make periodic payments.
  • Oversee customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate invoicing.
  • Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers, ensuring efficient collections and cash flow.
  • Assist in maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy in all processes.
  • Support general ledger operations and contribute to the smooth running of the department.
  • Assist in reporting processes, helping to compile and review financial data for month-end reporting and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on financial processes.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage customer accounts and resolve financial queries.
  • Experience in accounts receivable, credit management, or general finance.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in all financial processes.
