Finance Officer

Are you a numbers enthusiast with a knack for problem-solving? Do you love keeping things balanced—literally? We’re on the lookout for a Finance Officer to join our client’s team and help keep their finances in top shape!

Beyond crunching numbers, you’ll need strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues across departments and liaise with external stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise tasks effectively, and have a proactive mindset, you’ll fit right in. A keen eye for accuracy, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team will set you apart in this role.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Keep our cash flow in check with bank reconciliations & forecasts
• Manage fixed assets and financial reporting like a pro
• Ace month-end journals, reconciliations, and analysis
• Support audits and ensure everything adds up
• Jump in to help with accounts payable, receivable, and payroll when needed

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or similar
• At least 2 years of finance experience
• Working towards or completed CPA/CA, desirable
• Confident excel skills
• Experience with large ERP systems (Epicor, MYOB)
• Aged Care industry experience? Even better!
