Dockhand/Freight Handler - Albury

Chandler Macleod is seeking a Dockhand/Freight Handler  to join our client’s team in Albury. This casual role is responsible for sorting freight and ensuring shipments move safely and efficiently through the station to meet service commitments.

Shift Details:

Monday to Friday, morning starts around 6:30am

About You:

Must be able to pass a National Police Check (NPC)
Forklift Licence would be a bonus!
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit to handle freight movement and sorting tasks
Able to follow strict safety and operational procedures
Team player with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Sort freight for efficient routing and delivery
Move consignments safely and promptly within the station
Assist with opening, closing, and sealing trailers
Restrain and un-restrain freight while ensuring all safety protocols are followed
Work collaboratively to maintain efficient turnaround times
