This agency is known for having a great culture across different teams and have excellent office locations.  A great opportunity for a Digital Projects Coordinator with experience in to join this busy team.

About the role:

•    Have experience in digital project management and supporting website development projects in previous roles.
•    Have a sound understanding of website functionality and website technical terminology, digital accessibility, 
•    Possess excellent stakeholder management skills to work with internal and external teams and supervise team members performing related roles.  
•    Undertake a wide variety of general and administrative and reporting tasks as required, including but not limited to project coordination, managing procurement processes, coordinating meeting agendas and minute taking, proof reading, testing and inbox management. 


About you:

•    You will be supporting Work Allocations 
•    You will have data and compliance reporting support experience
•    You will undertake various administrative/clerical tasks incl. plan building and case management support
•    You will be assisting with onboarding of new staff
•    You will have Disability sector experience an advantage

Benefits:

•    ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
•    12 Months contract with possibility to be extended
•    Full time hours Monday to Friday 
•    Geelong location + hybrid working from home options
•    $60.26 hourly + Super
