Chandler Macleod Recruitment is seeking a Liquor Planning & Design Coordinator
for our client, a leading name in the retail industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced drafting professional
with a background in retail planning and construction
to join a fast-paced team for a 12-month contract.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing liquor planning requirements
across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while working with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong drafting skills, a high level of coordination expertise, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads
efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Prepare and manage concept plans and documentation for retail liquor projects
✔️ Work closely with architects, engineers, and signage contractors
to implement project designs
✔️ Ensure all documentation aligns with building regulations, OH&S standards, and company guidelines
✔️ Oversee construction details, costing, and budgeting
for successful project delivery
✔️ Maintain store records and provide key project information to stakeholders
✔️ Participate in weekly Liquor Scheme Meetings
to ensure alignment with project goals
Skills & Experience Required:
✔️ 3+ years of drafting experience(high-volume drafting & coordination work)
✔️ Strong expertise in CAD & REVIT(essential)
✔️ Background in construction, architecture, or retail planning
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
✔️ Understanding of retail store design, demographics, and socio-economic structures
