Become a Customer Support Officer in a growing business!

Are you an organised and efficient individual with a proactive nature who enjoys offering customer support? We are seeking a customer support officer to join a small team within an international company! You will be required to manage two email inboxes, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Manage and prioritse customer enquiries across two busy inboxes
  2. Allocate tasks to relevant business divisions to guarantee efficiency and smooth workflow
  3. Take ownership of following up on invoicing, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  4. Act as a point of escalation, addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise
  5. Ensure tasks are attended to and workload is distributed
