Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for strategic messaging? Our Fremantle based client is seeking a Communications Officer to drive impactful internal and external communication initiatives across their divisions.

About the Role:


As a Communications Officer, you will play a key role in shaping how they connect with employees, stakeholders, and the wider community. From crafting compelling content to delivering strategic communication plans, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring messages are clear, engaging, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for projects and initiatives
  • Research, write, and deliver engaging internal communications
  • Support managers and supervisors in effective communication practices
  • Assist in the delivery of communication training
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and share key information
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos to enhance messaging
  • Contribute to publications and digital platforms

What We’re Looking For:
  • A tertiary or industry qualification in communications, public relations, or a related field
  • Strong experience in developing and executing communication strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint
  • Background in an operational environment (desirable)
