We’re on the hunt for a skilled CNC Machinist with hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines to turn, lathe, and cut various metal sizes, producing precision components for high-stakes, complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications.
- Set up machines, load and unload materials, and perform necessary adjustments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain accuracy.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator
- Fitter & Turner Qualifications
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tools, and techniques.
- Knowledge of metals and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain focussed when working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and practices.
