Administrator Role – Immediate Start – Fyshwick
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a dynamic team for our client based in Fyshwick.
As part of the team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Systemic Credit Reviews
– Reviewing and processing credit information within the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Email Management
– Responding to inquiries and communicating effectively with internal teams and clients via email.
- Issue Investigation
– Using the system to investigate any discrepancies or issues related to client accounts or processes, and providing timely resolutions.
- Daily Safety Compliance
– Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations on a daily basis, including reporting and addressing any safety concerns.
- General Administrative Duties
– Supporting the team with other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, record keeping, and filing.
- Documentation and Reporting
– Assisting with the preparation of reports and maintaining accurate documentation for audits or review processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience in an administrative role,
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage emails and inquiries efficiently, with a high level of professionalism.
- Sound knowledge of safety compliance procedures (previous experience in a similar environment is a plus).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable transport and availability to work Monday to Friday.
