With 20+ years’ experience in talent operations management, Cassandra specialises in the design, deployment and management of large outsourced workforce programs. 

Cassandra joined Chandler Macleod’s xPO business, bringing her specialised expertise in MSP to the xPO solutions brand.

Cassandra is passionate about effective strategies for managing outsourced talent programs through a unified approach to maximising customer value and success, and has participated as an MSP panel SME at a number of regional contingent workforce conferences and summits, as well as received several MSP Service Excellence Awards.

Cassandra has developed an intricate knowledge of some 20+ localised country markets across the region, including employment legislations, and applies her learnings to bring thoughtful, insightful and creative solutions to her people, programs and clients.
