The Broadsound Solar Farm Project is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at enhancing our renewable energy capabilities. Located approximately 180KM inland from Rockhampton, QLD, this 360 MW solar farm will have the capacity to power 115,000 homes once completed.
Construction is set to begin in April 2025, and we are excited to offer local candidates the opportunity to be part of this state-of-the-art renewable energy project. With approximately 634,000 solar panels, this project represents a significant step towards a greener future.
Employees at this site will be accommodated at an on-site camp, with transport provided between Rockhampton and the camp at the start and end of each swing. You can find out more about the camp below.

Working hours for this project will be from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, and from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Sundays. The roster will follow a 2-weeks-on, 1-week-off schedule.
