Solid Start Program
Chandler Macleod have developed the Solid Start Program in an order to reach a larger candidate pool of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, support in reducing unconscious biases during recruitment, and provide ongoing support during onboarding.
Change from the inside
We have built up our expertise on Indigenous employment by instigating change from within our own organisation. RGF Staffing ANZ is a collection of business units providing recruitment, HR, and payroll services. As a group, we have committed to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment targets in our Reconciliation Action Plan.
