Our People
Our people are the heart of everything we do, and everything we have achieved over the last 65 years. Here are their stories and experiences:

“The biggest changes I’ve witnessed are the definition of 'casual', the ability to work remotely and the manner in which we communicate. I am proud of my hard work and dedication to what we do and I am so very proud that I still love my job as much as the day I started."
Leanne Brown
Team Leader NSW Industrial

“The agility to be more mobile and remote
has changed the industry. I vividly remember earlier on in my career needing to be in the office at 6am and physically un-diverting phone lines from overnight teams and doing handovers between offices.”
Louise Bennett
GM Business Optimisation

“I am incredibly proud of the work I achieved in driving a collaborative culture within my teams. Always striving to give opportunities to those around me to step up and take control of their own careers and also taking care to be there as a sounding board so they feel supported in taking risks.”
Nancy Leyland
National Manager, Service Delivery

“The changes in legislation and regulation over 20 plus years has been significant.
Our clients and employees rely on us more than ever to manage risks ranging from health and safety (physical and mental well-being), employee and industrial relations, data security, privacy and so much more."
Jamie Devitt
Director xPO Solutions

"The biggest change I have seen is the level of automation. I remember candidates being told they needed to come to our local office with a hard copy of their cv. Phones would run hot on a Monday morning after an ad being placed in the Saturday newspaper."
Amanda Bonney
Business Intelligence Analyst

"I love my team and connections I have made with colleagues who work interstate or in other branches. The longevity and years of service amongst our team is also pleasing and testament to the connection a lot of the team have with the company."
Paul Sudweeks
National Payroll & Billing Manager

"I remember when we used to rely on paper application packs and endless filing cabinets. We dispatched candidates based on handwritten availability lists and manually entered their details into our database and job listings. Collecting timesheets meant checking letterboxes and physically carrying them to Payroll, where each one was manually keyed in and processed."
Lorni Landrigan
Operations and Process Lead

“The biggest change has been the rise of AI and technology, making recruitment faster and more data-driven. "
Alexandra Akkawi
Business Manager - NSW Commercial
