Location: Bowen Basin
Roster: 4/3 (4 Days On, 3 Days Off) – Monday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Friday
Employment Type: Casual/Temp

Are you a Site Systems Specialist with a passion for optimising mining operations? Our leading mining client, based in the Bowen Basin, is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join their team and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Weekly and monthly reporting of metrics including Training compliance and site actions
- Management of work centre for Statutory tasks
- Follow up of risk activities
- Data entry
- Safety Health Management System and Training audits
- Field Leadership
- Mine Record Management
- Assist with Risk Assessments (take notes and prep data)
- Document updates and workflow.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Systems Specialist or in a similar role within the mining, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Strong technical expertise in system administration.
• Familiarity with mining-specific systems and software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
