A great opportunity for an experienced Onboarding & Team Coordinator to join this busy team for a short-term temporary assignment.
About the role:
- Support the management of resource, including maintenance of resource trackers, organising interviews, onboarding & welcoming newcomers, ordering equipment, and preparing materials.
- Assisting with formal onboarding as well as onboarding into the branch.
- Maintain resource trackers
- Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the branch.
- Schedule & organise project meetings / workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support forum & meeting logistics, review schedule and actions management and logs management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports, to track progress and support decision-making.
- Assist in branch procurement activities under Assistant Director guidance.
- Manage branch leave calendar.
- Assist team members, project managers and directors for Ad hoc project administrations tasks.
About you:
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate experience in hands-on resource management.
- Demonstrate well-developed communications skills.
- Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Benefits:
- ASAP (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 2 months assignment with the possibility to be extended
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- Melbourne location + hybrid working from home options.
- $55.24 per hour + Super
