We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and people focused Onsite Account Manager to join our dynamic Altona team. This exciting opportunity is based onsite with one of our major clients in Truganina, where you’ll work closely with our onsite Consultant to support the day-to-day operations and management of up to 300 warehouse employees.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your role will be hands-on, fast-paced, and varied. Key responsibilities include:
- Performance management
- Attending stakeholder meetings and assisting with strategic workforce planning
- Driving a proactive safety culture through initiatives and engagement
- Advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Developing strong relationships with client stakeholders to deliver win-win outcomes
- Preparing reports and interpreting data to guide workforce strategies

- Experience in account management within a warehousing or industrial environment
