Joiner 
Location: St Leonards, NSW

Our client, based in St Leonards, is currently seeking a  qualified and experienced Joiner  to join their dynamic production team. This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated tradesperson with a strong background in joinery or carpentry, looking to contribute to high-quality outcomes while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
This role involves planning and performing joinery tasks in line with project quality, time, and cost expectations. You’ll read and interpret production drawings, coordinate and manage your own site activities, and contribute to WHSE compliance and safety culture. You’ll also be expected to support less experienced team members, operate advanced power tools, maintain equipment, and assist with transporting finished products.

What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
− Certificate IV in Carpentry or Joinery (mandatory)
− Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar joinery role
− Advanced skills in power tool operation and interpreting production drawings
− Strong communication and teamwork skills
− Basic computer literacy
− Physical ability to meet job demands
− A valid driver licence (desirable)

Additional Expectations:
You’ll take ownership of your assigned tool list, manage workflow and work area organisation, and contribute to continuous improvement of quality and WHS outcomes. You’ll be a key part of the production team and have the opportunity to mentor junior staff while continuing to develop your own skills.

Production Foreman
