Adrad Group-Holdings Ltd | Adelaide (Gillman & Beverley sites)
| Full-time | Permanent

About the Company
Adrad Holdings Ltd, an ASX listed company (AHL), is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of quality heat exchange products, proudly serving the automotive, industrial, and heavy equipment sectors. With a national footprint and strong local roots, Adrad offers a dynamic, hands-on working environment where innovation, teamwork, and accountability are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re proud of our legacy and are equally excited about the road ahead – with continued investment in people, systems, and technology. As we evolve, we’re looking for passionate professionals to grow with us and make a genuine impact.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our Adelaide-based finance team, supporting both Air Radiators – Industrial Pty Ltd and Air Radiators Beverley Pty Ltd. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and fostering close relationships across finance and operations.
Working closely with the Segment Group Accountant and Group Financial Controller, you’ll split your time between the Gillman and Beverley sites (minimum 2 days at each), ensuring visibility and relationship-building with teams on the ground.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing monthly and half-yearly financial reports with accompanying analysis and commentary
  • Cash flow management and bank transaction review
  • Balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger maintenance
  • Supporting AP/AR and payroll functions (oversight, not processing)
  • Inventory and cost analysis, including stocktake reconciliation review
  • Uploading results into Adaptive and contributing to budgeting/forecasting cycles
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the group on budgeting and project costing
  • Providing insights to operations and senior leadership on financial performance
  • Working with auditors and supporting compliance requirements

This is a hands-on, solutions-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values building trust through clear, proactive communication.

About You

You're a confident, curious and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys both the technical detail and the bigger picture. You’ll bring a proactive attitude, a strong grasp of financial fundamentals, and the ability to explain the "why" behind the numbers.

To succeed, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA qualified)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar financial accounting role
  • Strong Excel and general systems skills (experience with Pronto and Adaptive an advantage)
  • Experience in manufacturing, project accounting, or cost accounting (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with non-finance stakeholders
  • A natural problem-solver who can work independently and manage competing priorities
  • A strong sense of initiative and a hands-on approach to driving results
You’ll also bring an understanding of payroll components (e.g., superannuation, workcover) and a genuine interest in supporting continuous improvement across finance operations.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary, depending on experience
  • A permanent full-time opportunity within a stable and growing company
  • Supportive leadership and a collaborative culture
  • Exposure to both manufacturing and project-based financials
  • Real impact – this is a role where your insights and input will be valued
