About the role
As an Admin / Receptionist, you will be providing counter/reception support for the local office including enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support. In addition, your key duties are as follow:
- Manage and resolve matters by actioning planning tasks
- Resolve customer enquiries, provide information and/or referring customers to appropriate government or community services.
- Manage the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries.
- Coordinate appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
- Undertake research and investigation activities and prepare associated reports and correspondence.
- Undertake a range of data entry activities and ensure follow up is completed.
- Receive and record complaints and other feedback
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in an Administration, Reception, or similar role
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in using MS Office Suite
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities
- High attention to detail

- $37.36 per hour + super
