Waste Services Manager Permanent, Full-Time | Mulgrave | Hybrid Work Model

We’re looking for a Waste Services Manager to lead the delivery and improvement of pest, waste and hygiene services across a large national portfolio. In this dynamic, hybrid role, you’ll manage key service contracts, drive efficiency and support continuous improvement—while working in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of pest, waste and hygiene services via a subcontracted model
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure service quality and compliance
  • Review and manage purchase orders and invoices aligned with contract scope
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and service improvement
  • Develop KPIs, SLAs and detailed reporting to enhance performance
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain regulatory compliance
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years’ experience managing waste-related services across a large-scale portfolio
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on efficiency and continual improvement
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Flexibility to travel within Victoria and occasionally interstate (with all travel covered)
