Are you a proactive and adaptable leader passionate about sustainability and operational excellence?
We’re looking for a Waste Services Manager to lead the delivery and improvement of pest, waste and hygiene services across a large national portfolio. In this dynamic, hybrid role, you’ll manage key service contracts, drive efficiency and support continuous improvement—while working in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

- Oversee the delivery of pest, waste and hygiene services via a subcontracted model
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure service quality and compliance
- Review and manage purchase orders and invoices aligned with contract scope
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and service improvement
- Develop KPIs, SLAs and detailed reporting to enhance performance
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain regulatory compliance
- 5+ years’ experience managing waste-related services across a large-scale portfolio
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with a focus on efficiency and continual improvement
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to travel within Victoria and occasionally interstate (with all travel covered)
