Are you a communications professional with a talent for managing multiple projects, driving internal engagement, and delivering clear, consistent messaging? We are seeking a Communications Officer  to support a broad portfolio of diagnostic reform initiatives.
About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering communications across up to ten concurrent projects. You'll play a vital part in synthesising complex information, aligning messaging across initiatives, and fostering strong engagement with stakeholders at all levels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate communications across multiple ongoing projects, ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Synthesize and disseminate complex information clearly across all diagnostic reform initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that support both internal and external engagement goals.
  • Prepare and distribute a range of communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Apply change management best practices to communication planning and execution, driving adoption and internal engagement.
  • Support broader organisational change initiatives through strategic and effective messaging.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication between project teams and external partners.
  • Address and resolve communication-related challenges in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Create and manage engaging, accurate content for websites, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to increase the impact and reach of communication efforts.
