Who are we looking for?

You don't need previous corporate experience to become a great recruiter. In fact, amazing recruiters tend to naturally have a combination of ideal skills such as:

Inquisitive nature; we like engaging with people and truly listening to their answers. We are on the phone (some may say alot!) and we are comfortable with building connections face to face and over video calls.
Positivity and enthusiasm; building rapport with each and every person you speak to each day
Resilience; we know how to multitask, juggle priorities and solve problems without getting too flustered. Recruiters change peoples lives every day and that's awesome, but we also know it's hard work!
Engagement; we know how to lighten the mood and build connections when we need to. We also know when to be serious and listen. Sometimes we need to dig deep to understand peoples motivations.
Driving purpose; we each have a driving purpose in our day whether it be placing people in awesome jobs, paying a deposit on your own home or creating a career path with purpose. This will be your driving purpose for success!
