Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free professional counselling service providing confidential, short term counselling and coaching. It is available to all Chandler Macleod employees who are actively placed in a role and for a period of 6 months after the placement finishes.


We all face problems and challenge in our busy lives at times, whether work or home related. The EAP offers timely, qualified assistance and support to help you meet these challenges. No issue is too small, and you can contact the EAP 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


You are entitled to up to 6 counselling sessions per presenting issue, and these can be conducted either face-to-face or over the phone depending on your preference. Note the EAP does focus on short term solution therapy; if you need more specialised or long-term support the EAP can help direct you to an appropriate specialist or service.
