What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in Tax and Accounting: Strong experience in individual tax returns, entity tax returns, financial statements, and complex capital gains entries.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to review team output, promote a culture of excellence, and support colleagues' professional development.
• Client-Focused: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage client compliance work and provide top-tier service.
• Proactive and Process-Oriented: Bring your ideas to the table to improve systems and processes for future success.
• Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified with 5-10 years of experience in public practice environment, working with a variety of entities and individuals.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and a comfort with using diverse tech platforms to manage accounting tasks.
