What You’ll Do

• Source and supply parts for customers and workshops with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage stock control, inventory levels, and supplier negotiations.
• Provide expert advice on parts, process quotes and invoices, and handle customer inquiries.
• Assist in workshop operations, handle internal service requests, and support the sales and service teams.
• Work closely with mechanics, service advisors, workshop supervisors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

• Experience in parts interpreting within heavy vehicles, transport, or similar industries is ideal but not essential.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and supply chain processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and experience using IT systems.
• A current driver’s licence.
