12-Month Contract | Hybrid Role (3 Days in Office)

Are you an experienced retail planner or drafting professional with a strong background in store design, construction, and CAD/REVIT? Join a national supermarket group and play a key role in planning and designing retail liquor projects.

About the Role: As a Retail Planning & Drafting Coordinator, you will manage liquor planning and store layout projects, working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution. You’ll be responsible for high-volume drafting, maintaining compliance with building regulations and OH&S standards, and coordinating with key stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage store concept plans and layouts using CAD & REVIT
• Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and signage contractors
• Manage construction details, budgets, and timelines
• Maintain accurate store records and support project teams
• Participate in weekly planning meetings to align on project goals

• 3+ years of drafting experience(retail fit-out, construction, or store planning)
• Strong CAD & REVIT skills (essential)
• Background in architecture, construction, or retail planning
• Excellent stakeholder management & coordination skills
• Ability to handle high-volume workloads and meet deadlines

• Work with a leading national supermarket group
• Gain experience in retail fit-out & liquor planning
• Hybrid role – work from home 2 days per week
